Order Processing Lead-times
Certain times of the year are very busy for us and we know that getting your order processed and shipped quickly is of high importance so please understand if we don't answer your emails immediately. On occasion, lead time to answer an email can be as long as 3-4 days, Also due to excessive amount of orders it may take 5-7 days for packing and shipping,this is after we get to your order,not when your order has been placed and paid for. We apologize for the inconvinience, but also appreciate your patience.

Rest assured, your email or order will be handled at our earliest convenience in the order it was received but please understand if it takes us a few days to respond.

Non-support of Illegal Activities
It is illegal to manufacture any type of ground explosive device in the US, regardless the intended use, unless you are licensed to do so by the federal government.

If you didn't know that before, you do now, so please don't plead ignorance.

If you are attempting to procure ingredients and materials to make M-80's, silver salutes, block-busters or any other type of exploding firework, you needn't read any further because we simply will not do business with you. We refuse to support any and all types of illegal activity.

Ground-rules
We try to be easy to deal with and will support you with whatever supplies you need for any legitimate pyrotechnic display use and any legitimate amateur rocketry use, within reason, regardless your experience level. We do, however, reserve the right to limit quantities of certain items either on a per-order or per-year basis, at our discretion and we also reserve the right to refuse to deal with you if it becomes evident that your activities are either illegal in nature or are unsafe.

By placing an order with us, you implicitly acknowledge that you've read and understand these ground-rules and all other information stated on this page. You also agree to abide by these rules and by any and all decisions we make relating to any business dealings you have with us.

When you order from us, (1) you give us the right to determine, in any manner we feel most appropriate, exactly how and for what purpose you are going to use the products you order, (2) you acknowledge we have the right to keep records of all of your purchases so we may observe your buying trends and that we have the right to question your intent if we see anything disturbing or far outside the ordinary, (3) you further agree that we have the right to refuse to do business with you for any reason we determine to be legitimate and warranted and (4) that you will abide by our decisions without recourse.

Our intent is never to limit your fun nor your creativity. We are pyro-enthusiasts as well - we understand your needs and those of the amateur rocketry enthusiast. We simply need to know that you are both aware of and will practice due diligence in the proper handling, usage and disposal of the items you purchase from us and that you will observe all due precautions and follow all appropriate safety procedures. Further, we need to be sure that you are familiar with possible incompatibilities between the items you purchase and that you are aware of the sometimes violent, possibly deadly reactions that can ensue should these items be inadvertently mixed. We want you to have fun but at the same time we want you and those around you to remain safe. If you aren't sure, simply ask us. We will be more than happy to provide you with any information you need to help you have fun safely.

Though not legally required, we do have a moral obligation to make sure you know what you are doing and that you have the knowledge necessary to use our products safely and in a manner commensurate with federal, state and local laws.

If you've made it this far and haven't been scared away by what we've said above (and there is absolutely no reason for you to be, so long as you are engaged in legitimate pyrotechnic or amateur rocketry activities, as we're sure you are), we encourage you to call us and place an order. We guarantee you'll find our prices "refreshing" to say the least.

First-time Customers
New customers must provide us with a signed copy of our hold-harmless agreement and a photocopy of your driver's license or DMV Id clearly showing that you are at least 21 years of age before we can submit any order. Sorry we do not sell to anyone younger then this..

Shipping

Ever since 9/11, shipping chemicals and certain other items has become increasingly difficult for us. We always make every effort to ship your items as inexpensively as we can, however, Postal regulations must be followed explicitly.

Recently, the post office has become even more cautious to the extent that we've been forced to open packages at the counter to allow them to check that we are following the rules. Of course our packages are always in compliance with these rules but we are being inconvenienced nonetheless.

Payment
Pre-payment by Personal Check, Money-Order or via PayPal is required for all orders. All orders paid by check will be taken care of once check has cleared.

We ask that you email us a copy of your order so that we may compute shipping costs. We will reply by email with the final order total. Please be sure to include your zip-code as we need this to compute shipping charges.
